How do I book?
You can book online via email, telephone or Facebook message at our details above. Alternatively pop into our office and we can book any excursions you are interested in!
When should I book?
Some tours such as the Shark Watching are very popular and it is recommended to book as soon as you have decided to join us to avoid disappointment! Otherwise contact us as early as you wish and we can organise some fun activities for your holiday.
Can I pay on the day?
Yes! You can pay in cash when you arrive at the beginning of your excursion.
What currency can we pay in?
We accept Cape Verdean Escudos, Euro, Dollar and GBP. We can also arrange bank transfer as payment if you contact us in advance.
What equipment do we need to bring?
For excursions involving snorkelling we provide snorkels and wetsuits. Otherwise, we recommend to bring sun protection as the sun in Sal is strong, as well as cameras to capture the best of your tour! Download our excursion price list and guide for a recommendation of what to bring.
Are we guaranteed to see the sharks, turtles and birds?
As these are nature excursions to see animals in their natural habitat we cannot guarantee that you will see the wildlife anticipated on your excursion.
What languages are the tours offered in?
Our tours are in English, but we can also offer any tour in Dutch, German, Portuguese and French upon request. The turtle tours will be offered in all languages.
Do you offer group discount?
Yes, contact us and we can inform you of our group offers!
Do you have excursions for children and do they need to be accompanied by an adult?
Yes! We have a variety of excursions for children or for the whole family, just click here for more information. We can also alter most of the tours we have on offer to cater for your little ones! Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can you provide tours for those with disabilities?

Are you fully licensed?
Explore Cape Verde is fully licensed and insured to ensure your complete safety and security on all excursions. We also have a specific Endangered Species Licence allowing us to legally observe nesting Loggerhead turtles, Lemon sharks and some of the rare birds on the island.
