What to expect?​

Join us on the beaches of Sal for your chance to see the nesting loggerhead turtle. A rare and unforgettable experience! Join an experienced biologist guide on this fantastic excursion and learn all about the endangered loggerhead turtle. Part of proceeds donated directly to local turtle conservation efforts in Cape Verde. Fully licensed eco-tour. Turtle walks run during the nesting season, from July to September. Book early to avoid disappointment.​​

What to bring?​​

• Please wear dark clothes, no white or light clothes are allowed. Guests may be prevented from entering the beaches if wearing light clothes.

• Warm jumper, since it can be windy at the beach at night

Important note:​

• Turtle Walks run July, August & September

• Dark clothes! (no white or light clothes are allowed)

• No perfume allowed

• No smoking, vaping or alcohol allowed

• You will be on a beach at night with no toilet facilities

• You should bring a warm jumper with you

• You will have to stay with the guide at all times

• No while light or flash photography is allowed

• Flash for photos and videos should be turned off and screen brightness at the lowest setting before entering the beach
